Ensure that programs are planned, managed, tracked and delivered on time. Ensure that all project deliverables are successfully completed and all agreed upon processes are followed. Create and maintain Program Plans and schedules, with input and agreement of the program team. Maintain good communication among engineering groups and cross-functionally with Product Management, Hardware Engineering, Documentation, QA, Manufacturing, Performance Engineering, PMT's and any other organizations required to execute the Program.
