Assist with business function and work flow analysis to determine automation needs for customer departments. Work within a team of 2 - 4 associates on several projects simultaneously. Production support for all applications supported by department including being On-call periodically. Environmental issues included in production support are Citrix for remote locations, interfaces to telephony system and network/LAN/WAN.
