Looking for a talented and seasoned solutions architect with a proven track record utilizing Contact Center technologies. This candidate should have experience with voice services, CTI, call-routing, IVRs, dialers, call recording and workforce management applications. This candidate will manage all telephony development efforts, including IVR solutions and integration with our existing CRM applications and will help define the direction of a highly available, fault-tolerant telephony environment in a fast-paced, high-growth company.
