Develop and maintain standards pursuant to data structures and models following the best practices of Federal Enterprise Standards. Will review all current operational data structures and recommend optimizations and reconfigurations as warranted. Perform analysis of complex database system and develop database schema. Lead the activities related to data conversion and migration. Work closely with Clients, Business analysts, Project and Technical staffs to plan, design, develop, implement, and enhance relational databases for a Crop Insurance Program.
