Works with developers, customers, server administrators and desktop technicians to ensure proper installation and performance of databases. Establishes and maintains a high level of credibility for the department in terms of understanding of and commitment to customer needs. Work closely with the functional teams and developers to provide technical support. Conduct database performance testing, monitoring and tuning.
