Our Client is a U.S. pharmaceutical company that seeks to discover and develop innovative therapies that can satisfy unmet medical needs and contribute to the health and well being of people worldwide. The incumbent will be responsible for design and structure of database. Other responsibilities include the following: Planning and coordinating the database design Development, implementation, maintenance, and user support of clinical study databases Providing technical expertise in conjunction with internal and external clients Programming project solutions. Programming, testing, and documenting databases in accordance with programming standards and validation procedures Assisting IT in testing, and evaluating new upgrades to technologies, including systems validation May serve as Database Designer/PL SQL Programmer on corporate teams The best candidates will possess technical expertise in Clintrial System, dsNavigator and I-Review Systems, Oracle, software modules and/or other related clinical database systems. We are looking for someone with extensive knowledge of PL/SQL and SQL and SAS Programming concepts and logics who brings a minimum of 2 years experience in pharmaceutical and/or biotech industry.
