A technical background, preferable in Systems Engineering with knowledge of Range Instrumentation and Data Processing Systems. Experience with management of large department of defense services contract tasks. Proficient with analysis, monitoring and control of large budgets. Must be able to forecast and develop budgets on a fiscal year basis. Good understanding of federal acquisition regulation (FAR) as it applies to property management, purchasing, and budget practices.
