The Development Manager is responsible for managing and leading a team of developers focused on the maintenance and support of existing applications. These applications represent the technology behind our pursuit of systematic and fundamental understanding of financial markets. We need someone who can work with our business to understand their problems, design solutions that strike the balance between tactical needs and our strategic direction, and then drive a team of developers to execute on those designs in a rapid, yet controlled fashion.
