Oversees and manages the design, development and implementation of short and long term IT solutions. Adapts departmental plans and priorities to address business and operational challenges - Translates IM and BU strategy to specific work item for the team. Communicates effectively with leadership in the business and with leadership in IT . Manages projects to the defined scope, schedule, and budget. Provides project communication and status reporting to all levels. Manages third-party consulting, technical and/or outsourcing relationships.
