Lead the ongoing development and evolution of their search technologies. Create and manage a roadmap of long-term architectural changes needed in their software. Work closely with other Development and Product Managers to prioritize and implement features from the roadmap. Monitor problem reports and manage them through to resolution. Mentor a group of experienced, talented engineers. Strong ability to fully understand and define scope of technical software projects.
