The job involves working with the leading semiconductor foundries to develop state-of-the art Low Power CMOS technology to meet our advanced product requirements. As a key member of our process technology team, this engineer will be responsible for device analysis/characterization, supporting early device development, design rule verification/implementation, technology qualification and manufacturing.
