This Director position requires IT Program Management/Senior Project Management experience in a Healthcare Specialty Division (such as dental, mental health, etc). Directs a staff of managers, business analysts/consultants and programmers whose primary purpose is to convert data from legacy systems onto Coventry specific systems. Works directly with clients at all levels within the organization and with outside parties to identify operational business requirements with sufficient detail and clarity to allow for system setup and conversion.
