Software Engineering is responsible for driving technical development of systems and products to support the Company Supply Technologies business unit. Provides leadership to Managers; may also manage first-line supervisors and/or professional staff. Makes decisions, often difficult and/or unpopular, that support the organization strategy; influences others to support the decisions. Creates challenging roles and responsibilities to build organization capabilities and fill capability gaps.
