Incumbents in this role must have * Demonstrated experience in managing multiple projects in a cross-functional development environment * Demonstrated ability to work with Sr. Management, Project Managers, Development staff and Business Analysts to translate customer needs into related tasks such as developing estimates, tracking actuals, resource planning, scope control, managing the project plan, meeting with and communicating to project sponsors and its management, and giving work direction to multiple resources
