Lead the application and database management team in overall service excellence and customer support. Provide direct leadership and management to the Application and Database Management support team and coordinate effectively across all of Our Client's tiers 1 through 3 of Service Delivery and engineering development. Establish strategies, procedures, processes and a culture that leads to the overall highest customer satisfaction in the industry. Must be able to effectively schedule 24 by 7 by 365 schedules and delegate workflow for the Tier 1 and 2 operations staff.
