Provide direction and oversight to the IT group that Engineers/supports internal and external web system architecture and infrastructure, Lotus Notes email and calendaring systems, Lotus Notes applications, internal and external email gateways and associated security systems, and collaboration and knowledge management systems, and tools such as internal chat, web conferencing and team collaboration groupware. Collaborate with IT and business leadership to identify, recommend and implement information management strategies for these infrastructure systems and applications.
