As Director, Corporate Development & Mergers & Acquisitions you drive the Corporate Development Business Unit in a wide range of M&A and Corporate Development tasks. Primary responsibilities involve leading and supporting the effort of identifying new opportunities and executing related acquisition, investment, creative venture, strategic alliance and similar transactions, working with your team and with Corporate Development Managing Directors.
