Supervisory responsibility over multiple team members performing skilled tasks. Team tasks may be highly specialized in nature in one or more functional areas. Provides direction and management for team member's career growth and mastery of job responsibilities. Guides development and support activities for respective area to include problem resolution/management, application maintenance, project requests and system enhancements. Works with internal and external counterparts to set priorities for work and build cross functional teams.
