Innovate and manage highly efficient operational processes and design tools for the world's largest RF/Analog IC development organization. The Director will drive the definition, delivery and enforcement of electrical and physical design methodologies, EDA/IT roadmaps and project planning/budgeting processes all based on solid engineering and business principles.
