Job Description:
The Director of Global IT Customer Service will oversee the management of KCI's world wide IT customer service organization. This includes regional and local help centers, PC Technicians, SMS management, and IT Inventory Control. The Director will be responsible for supporting numerous regional and local support teams in over 18 countries. The global team will consist of approximately 75 exempt and non-exempt resources.
