Deliver strategic operations of headends and OTN's ensuring effective day-to-day customer service as it relates to the product delivery network. Ensure the performance of the networks within the headend facilities and working with the field Technical Operations teams to ensure end to end performance. Maintain all sites to within compliance standards (Engineering Compliance Handbook) for video performance and ingress mitigation per Comcast and industry standards.
