Directs, plans, organizes and controls all activities of the IT Department - Financial Institutions and to ensure the effective, efficient and secure operation of all automated data processing systems for annuities. Serves as a liaison with IT users, IT project managers, department heads, etc. in understanding upcoming initiatives, then designing IT Financial Institutions projects to support the initiatives.
