Provide leadership, direction and people management for the application teams that support the global functions of HR and Corporate Communications. Contribute to the overall/strategic direction of the applications or technologies within the IT organization. Ensure department goals are linked to short and long term business and IT strategies, and communicate these goals to the department, the business, and other areas of IT.
