Requires a BS, CS or Business degree with 8 years IT experience and 5 years functional experience or equivalent combination of education and experience; manufacturing experience a plus. Successful candidate will be 70% functional and 30% technical and possess the necessary skills to effectively align IT services to business needs. Requires demonstrated experience in budget planning and monitoring. Requires demonstrated skills in strategic goal development, vision setting and project management.
