Directs, implements, and administers the Bank's information technology needs. Manages, plans, organizes, and develops departmental activities and staff. Assures that programs, procedures, and policies are responsive to established objectives and are effective in promoting efficiency and protecting the assets of the Bank. Must keep abreast of market trends/opportunities, assure development of competent personnel, and develop operating policies/practices.
