IT Director will provide management of Regional operations including computer operations, servers and technical support. Ensure sufficient systems capacity for organizational needs. Act as liaison with Corporate headquarters to oversee Regional networks, handle trouble tickets from Help Desk and monitor user administration. Manage daily activities of IT Department staff. Monitor compliance to Sarbanes-Oxley rules. Act as back-up for technical support.
