Responsible for collaborating with international stakeholders to formulate a data center/operational strategy and then executing to the agreed upon strategy. Should have experience and be comfortable with directing IS operations. Strong knowledge and experience with ITIL version 3 is required, and may be responsible for operational processes including, but not limited to incident, problem, and change management, asset management, release management and service management.
