Serves as a primary point of contact to Technology Management for the Vice President of Customer Business Unit (CBU) and their Leadership Team. Guides a team of client partners who support CBU functions by partnering with clients to define their challenges, collaborating with USTM and Worldwide Technology colleagues to develop solutions and ensuring the effective delivery of those solutions and their intended benefits.
