This position would manage disparate functional areas, manage managers and senior contributors and participate in and sometimes lead critical customer account escalations. Work with cross-functional teams to create the vision and strategy to test fully featured robust and scalable applications that incorporate rich multi-media (audio and video) technology, real-time collaboration, multi-tier web and application management servers and client components (Mac and Windows). Test automation: Ground floor opportunity to manage the architecture and build-out for a test automation framework.
