Drive optimization of the Software Development Lifecycle in alignment with changing business requirements to ensure optimal efficiency of the Software Development organization. Provide leadership in partnering with cross-functional teams to coordinate activities ensuring timely and quality delivery of software projects. Nurture and promote a culture of lightweight agile best practices enabling the ability to support many parallel development tracks. Work with PMO organization, to coordinate project scheduling, resource allocation, dependency arbitrage and issue resolution.
