The Director will have substantial and frequent CIO and CEO exposure and must be a superb communicator in both speech and writing. The Director will also have four advanced Technical Leads reporting to him or her. Each of those leads has teams of about eight people. The Director must have a top notch track record managing dynamic development efforts and technically strong teams, able to direct and able to inspire. Results and morale are equally important and the Director should have a history of producing both at the same time.
