The Solution Architect's primary role is positioning, architecting and delivering service solutions around technologies for most strategic customers. At the same time, the Solution Architect directs and mentors across a large team of engineers, customer and partner organization to ensure a cohesive systems approach to the integrity of the customer solution which may include multiple technologies across the network and application layers.
