Develop and implement a network management capability that allows the Network Operations Center to detect outages and impairments with video service offerings. This includes SD, HD, VOD, Analog and Digital video. Evaluate the alarming and logging capabilities of current and future video technologies in the network as well as associated element management systems available for the equipment and implement cost effective surveillance solutions.
