This Director position is responsible for working with multiple organizations within IT and the LOB to identify issues, define scope, drive root cause analysis, design systems and architecture solutions across multiple platforms and business processes, and to lead cross functional teams in the implementation of those solutions as well as post implementation metrics analysis. The work will be highly intensive and complex requiring the management of multiple large scale projects simultaneously.
