As Director, Technical Product Management you will be responsible for knowing wireless carrier customers technical requirements, influencing sound technical decisions that provide optimal benefit to us and our customers, and representing them clearly (verbally and in writing) to internal and external constituents. You will be responsible for setting customer expectations on technical deliverables, representing and selling our capabilities and positions on technical matters, managing relationships with your counterparts, and ultimately ensuring customer satisfaction.
