Job Description:

This is a second/third level senior management position and requires prior experience managing technical support group(s) in excess of 60 professionals for a software/IT vendor, management of multiple groups, and overall budgeting/P&L responsibility. Experience supporting an outside sales organization in support and service delivery is required for this position. Will be responsible for managing the daily activities of all US Premium Support which includes service providers, very large enterprise, and enterprise segments.
