Directs the quality management function to provide guidance in the planning and execution of technology transfer, business improvement and all aspects of quality within the Sector. This position will interface with all sectors of NG. Work is performed through independent direction. Establishes goals for organizational unit. Makes decisions on operational issues within prescribed area. Work is reviewed in terms of achieving organizational goals.
