Job Description:
Manage the in-house and field based technical services organization for us. Responsible for ensuring timely and complete customer support for all install/service/repair related issues throughout the United States for our capital equipment and software applications. Support activities with robust metrics. Ensure that billings and service agreements are managed correctly and that inventories are managed effectively. Lead the ongoing development of strategies for further adoption of service agreements by our customers. Serve as a subject matter expert for all service related issues.
