Looking for someone to lead their development team. They have a fairly small team (6 going to 10) and they are looking for a strong technical architect who will lead them in a very hands-on way. They want to find someone who has brought a product to market; who can help develop the product vision, create a strong architecture and then manage the programmers as they bring various pieces of the architecture to life. They are looking for someone with lots of Web development experience.
