Provide Engineering leadership in support of the Communications Security Products (CSP) business. Responsible for the successful engineering development, talent acquisition, retention and development of a team of approximately 40 engineers in a dynamic labor market, in a location remote from the division headquarters. Builds strong working relationships with external customers (including NSA) and internal customers to advance CSP technology and support the growth of the CSP business.
