Directs engineering team in US and Overseas to design and develop advanced frequency control products (FCP) such as crystal, crystal oscillators, VCXO etc. which meet project schedule. Make sure new products have good yield and good quality in manufacturing. Work with key customers to understand their system requirement and come out with new products with right specification together with marketing and application.
