The Senior IT Operations Director will be responsible for providing professional business and information technology consulting services, both individually and as part of a project team. Duties include providing subject matter expertise across the practice landscape and developing high quality client deliverables and work product, participating in, and where appropriate, leading project engagements, supporting practice-related business development and pre-sales activities, and participating in the creation of high valued-added practice methodologies, tools and deliverables.
