Work closely with other functional leaders and department heads in the prioritization of projects and execution of IT strategy. Establish annual operating and capital budgets for the IT Department at the domestic location. This budgeting process is designed to be an exercise in matching strategic business objectives to the resources necessary to achieve those objectives.
