As a direct report to the Sr. Director, Maintenance Services, the Director, Sales & Service acts as a key business leader in the Maintenance Service organization with a focus on positioning Company as the premier global leader in IFE maintenance and support services. Ensures that the maximum potential market share and margins are consistently achieved. Assesses future service opportunities to maximize company profitability. Determines deficiencies in either resources or service and leads Account Management and Program Management teams to provide superior customer service to overcome issues and win new business.
