The Director of Operations primarily manages and oversees various divisions of Information Technology including: Help Desk, Telecommunications, Facilities Management and develops and directs management of the Data Center operations. The person is also responsible for developing information system strategies/ projects, preparing budgets and controlling costs, and managing and developing the IT team.
