Manage our team of software and hardware engineers developing DVD Player platforms using our existing and future DVD-P System on a Chip (SoC) products. This is a very large engineering team that is located in mainland China (Shenzhen and Shanghai). Define and manage team's priorities and deliverables. Work with the team to improve the existing software engineering practices, such as software development, software release and QA.
