Manage and Direct the process development engineering team (4 Engineers) including assessing team needs and recruiting. Manage all process development programs to optimize the SiGe CMOS process around performance, yield and manufacturability. Hands-on coordination of daily activities at the development foundry including managing schedules, runcards and wafer lots to collect material and data for process optimization and to support prototyping. Work closely with device design and characterization team to understand device requirements and needs.
