Job Description:
You will be managing Help Desk Manager, Training Manager, and Business Analyst. You must have at least 3+ years at a Director level responsible for Help Desk, ITIL Standards, experience centralizing and stream lining help desk operations, experience with software integration, and experience with training. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are key. Any experience in hospitality, and property management would be a huge plus.
