This person needs to be technically very strong with a minimum of a BSEE but MSEE preferred. As we are looking for someone to manage both Test Development and Product Engineering, it would be helpful if the candidate was familiar with RF based products and knowledgeable in Test(with ATE test platforms such as Verigy and Catalyst). At the same time, the person needs to have a good grasp of Assembly and advanced packaging although today we are using a very straightforward package(QFN).
