Staffs and directs application support and project delivery teams, shaping strategies for the technology deployed to the client, and advancing IS methodology and practice. Develops and manages staff /budgets per guidelines. Negotiates and monitors vendor contracts. Handles problem escalations from clients and is the relationship advocate to client departments. Manages Field Systems and Technology support teams that provide application support services and project implementation utilizing a variety of technologies with a diverse set of client needs.
